Refund policy

If you need to cancel an order, make sure you do that within 24 hours.

You may return most items on same day delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our Products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of tree months from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Some Products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
